Privacy Policy

Calendar Timesheet Export ("the add-on") is a Google Sheets add-on operated by Gavin Wolfe, Greensboro, NC ("we"). Last updated: October 22, 2026.

What the add-on accesses

• Google Calendar (read-only): the list of your calendars and the events in the calendars and date range you choose. Used only to build the timesheet you ask for.
• The current spreadsheet: the add-on writes the timesheet and summary tabs into the spreadsheet you have open. It cannot open your other files.
• Your Google account email address: used only to check whether you have a Pro subscription.

Where your data goes

• Calendar data is processed inside Google Apps Script, in your own Google account, and written only to your spreadsheet. We never receive, store or see your calendar events.
• Your settings (calendar choices, filters, rates) are saved in your own Google account's add-on storage so the next export is faster.
• To check your subscription, the add-on sends your email address to our license server, which looks it up with our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store it there.
• If you buy Pro, Stripe processes your payment under Stripe's privacy policy. We receive your email and subscription status, not your card number.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent or share your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. We do not let humans read your calendar data.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The add-on's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access

You can remove the add-on at any time in Google Sheets (Extensions > Add-ons > Manage add-ons) and revoke its access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Timesheet tabs already in your spreadsheets stay there until you delete them. To cancel Pro or ask us to delete your subscription record, email us.
